  • Do I need gym access?
    No. Gym access or memberships are not required. However, depending on your current fitness level and what your fitness goals are, the gym can often get you better and faster results. If your goal is to pack on a lot of muscle, access to gym equipment is strongly recommended.
  • What is included in a training plan?
    Your training plan will contain: Multiple training routines including your prescribed exercises, number of sets and repetitions, rest times and training instructions/notes from your coach. All of this is delivered in the app, which also allows you to record training sessions, track your progress, and contains detailed exercise instructions.
  • What is the duration of the training plans?
    Technically, there is no fixed duration for any of our training plans. The training routines are yours to keep and use as you see fit. Our "Advanced" plans include coach follow-up and support until the 12th training week. My personal recommendation is to continue using your training plan until you notice that your progress has been slowing down / plateauing. This is your signal for starting a new training plan, as your current plan is no longer stimulating your body enough to adapt and improve. I would recommend getting a new plan every 10 - 12 training weeks. Once it is time to switch things up, you can enjoy the benefits of our Loyalty Programme and get an additional 5% discount (stackable up to 25%) for your next training plan!
  • How time consuming will following a training plan be?
    During the initial consultation we will talk about your fitness goals and how much time you are able to dedicate to training on a weekly basis. Your training plan will then be created with your time constraints in mind.
  • What if I need adjustments made to my training plan?
    At Fortify Fitness we are fully committed to delivering training plans that are 100% adapted to each individual customer. If the initial version of the training plan that you receive, includes exercises that you find uncomfortable, are too easy or difficult, your gym doesn’t have that particular machine, or whatever other reason, we will happily make adjustments and tweaks to your training plan. Please note, that in our ‘Basic’ package we offer one revision per training routine. With our ‘Advanced’ package we offer as many revisions as needed for the entire duration (up to 12 training weeks) of the training plan.
  • Do you make training plans for specific sports?
    Yes. We can easily identify the training parameters and exercises that will support and complement your sport, improving your physical performance in your sport of choice and help prevent injuries.
  • What if I don’t know the correct exercise technique?
    Text descriptions and videos can be found in the app for each exercise. If needed, you will be provided with an approved resource that provides further details.
  • Do your training plans include meal plans?
    No. Our training plans do not include any meal plans. However, we do provide on-going nutritional guidance with the Advanced Package as part of the weekly follow ups, to help you achieve your goals more efficiently.
  • How do I stay in touch with my coach?
    You can contact your coach directly using the app’s chat function. Alternatively you can reach me per email at “info@fortify-fitness-online.com”.
